So I hear "A Current Affair" has made up some story
about me being confined to a mental institution. I
was shocked when I heard they would say such a thing,
but I am going to tell the whole story, then sue Fox
Broadcasting Company.

In 1996 I got into a fight with four Montgomery County
Police Officers. It started as a traffic stop, but
the cops knew who I was and didn't like my anti-cop
politics, so one of them thought it would be funny to
handcuff me and beat me up. Before he handcuff me I
hit him, hurting him pretty badly (kocking him across
two lanes of traffic, temporarily blinding him and
causing him to briefly lose consciousness, as he
testified in court), and I beat two of the other cops
up pretty badly (one of the judges, in his written
opinion, described me as a "skilled warrior"). The
fourth ran away. Of course, they had backup and I was
eventually subdued. After being handcuffed I was
beaten pretty badly -- my skull was fractured (my left
eye still doesn't sit right) and I have some scars.

I was eventually convicted by a jury of several
misdemeanors -- three counts of simple assault, four
counts of resisting arrest, and carrying a concealed
weapon, if I recall -- and sentenced to seven months
in jail, which I eventually served. However, getting
me there wasn't easy.

Having been beaten up by the cops, I wasn't about to
turn myself in. So I refused to go to court. In
fact, I was on the run from the law several times,
kept bailing myself out (that's where all of the
"trust fund" money I had as a kid went to -- there was
none left by the time I was 19), and kept going back
on the run. This upset my family.

I also had a lot of friends at the time who were into
drugs, and I drank quite heavily from ages 17 to 19.
My family wanted me to go to jail quite badly and
somehow a plot got hatched with some of my "friends"
to drug me up and haul me off to jail -- since I
wouldn't go peaceably. I was also just too big and
violent for anyone to force me.

In any case, I was drinking one day with some people,
when I noticed I wasn't feeling well. Soon I was out
of my mind sick, puking, delirious and hallucinating.
Someone spiked my booze with LSD and a heavy dose of
codiene.

This had not been the effect intended. The intended
effect had been to drug me up and take me to the
police, not make me dangerously ill. I was
incapacitated]
